OF HIGH IMPORTANCE IF YOU ARE ATTENDING NATIONAL CONVENTION
As stated at Sr. Vices Training back in March, Donna's
membership program has a football theme -- we are ONE TEAM coming together to "Ignite
Our Passion" this year!
To that end, I had stated that I would LOVE to see all
Department Presidents (and every member in attendance at the programs
seminar including current line officers and PNPs) wearing American
Football Gear (jerseys, t-shirts, sweatshirts, hats, etc.) be it a
professional team, a collegiate team, or even your local high school team. I
encourage you and your members to bring fun signs, noise makers, clappers, etc.
so that we can "pump up the volume" and bring up our ENERGY! Look at
it this way, if we're not up there having fun, how do we expect the members to
enjoy it??
Department Presidents -
I am asking that for this year, when the Conferences are announced, you come
into the hall TOGETHER, as a unit. When you arrive on the floor in front of the
stage, be ready to get moving (it will be limited and nothing strenuous) as our
"athletic trainer" will be waiting to greet you for your
calisthenics/drills!
Membership Coaches- I would like for you to report 30 minutes prior to "kick off" to
receive further instructions from me, our Head Coach, directly. I'll be
reaching out y'all early next week via text with some stuff too.
